The CRM module is the component of iLOAN that caters to CSR requirements to access and edit customer information and is used by call centers to service the new applicants and the existing customers of an online lending business. It contains a rich suite of e-mails and SMS tools that can be used to notify customers of various events.

Various communication channels, actions and auto-responder e-mails may be configured for the lender for each customer, based on a series of qualification criteria and automated lead identification procedures. These include the adverse action notifications, mailing of e-sig links, welcome mails, due date reminders, collections e-mails and other non-solicitation type e-mails. Any marketing-type emails can also be set up within the iLOAN system, that will make the data searchable via customized views which can be queried.

SMS notifications may also be sent out directly from the iLOAN system. If a lender wishes to receive any faxes, iLOAN is completely integrated with e-Fax. Faxes may be received and attached to a customer's account and documents may automatically be faxed directly from iLOAN to an applicant.
