iLOAN provides an wide assortment of reports and analytical tools in its back office reporting component to facilitate the flexibility that it allows for the lender to determine and customize his/her own reports designed to fit specific needs.
 

This component further allows for the automatic charting of any results and exporting of the results into a variety of formats including PDF and Excel.

iLOAN Back Office also provides for the creation of custom views through which a lender's data may be made available and searchable. This way, any data that is required from iLOAN for the purpose of external CRM systems or other external customized systems can be conveniently retrieved by querying the views.  In addition, customer requests are ticketed and tracked and show where their request sits.

These reports may be processed and delivered to the lender in an automated structure through the setting up of ‘canned reports’ that occur on a set timeframe. E.g. The lender can arrange for specific reports to be sent to them every week, every month or every day. These will be sent directly to the lender by email or through their account, as required.

This ability to ‘mine’ the available data allows the lender to make far more educated decisions, based on historical information and trends across their business and their customers.
